Team Levesque Brings Provincial Title Home
FWCC's Team Levesque are the Northern Ontario Wheelchair Curling Champions. Levesque's team was a perfect 4-0 at the Northern Ontario MEDIChair Provincial Wheelchair Championships hosted at the Sudbury Curling Club January 27 to 29, 2012.
The champs are: Carl Levesque (Skip), Rick Bell (Vice), Mel Prairie (Second), Sharon LaFroye (Lead), David Kawahara (Coach).

The Thunder Bay Wheelchair Curling Association plays Sunday afternoons at 3:30 p.m. Anyone 18 years of age or older with a physical disability can join in to enjoy the sport of curling from a wheelchair. Basic curling instruction is provided by experienced curlers.Curling begins October 17, 2010.

2008 Northern Ontario Team
On January 11 & 12, 2008 FWCC played host to a Selection and High Performance Camp to select the first-ever Team Northern Ontario to participate in the National Wheelchair Curling Championships in Winnipeg March 23 to 29, 2008.
Team Northern Ontario members are:
